Your subscription may have expired without you wanting it to
Hello everyone,
I’ve been alerted to a bug in Substack’s matrix which is causing subscriptions to “expire” without either me or paid subscribers knowing what’s going on.
When I paused billing over November/December, Substack should have marked your subscriptions to renew when unpaused. Instead, a bug caused (some) of them to be marked to expire.
